Astro System Upgrade on 04 Dec 2015 (2pm onwards) till 06 Dec 2015

Please be informed that in order to better serve our customers, Astro will carry out a company-wide system upgrade on 04 Dec 2015 (2pm onwards) till 06 Dec 2015.

During System Upgrade Period, the following tasks cannot be completed:

• NJOI customers, channel purchase and prepaid reload into their account are NOT possible during this time.

Astro System will be resuming back on 07 Dec 2015 (Monday) and available for use from 9am onwards.
